About Me

Hi, I’m a UX/UI designer with 7 years of experience, specializing in designing thoughtful, human-centered digital experiences—primarily for government systems. My work spans projects with DHS–USCIS and the Department of the Treasury, where I’ve focused on transforming complex, data-heavy services into usable, trustworthy interfaces.

I bring a strong foundation in user research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. I’ve learned to balance user needs with legal, technical, and accessibility requirements—especially in environments where clarity and accuracy are mission-critical.

Designing forms and workflows that support real-world decisions—like immigration processes or financial access—has shaped how I think about equity, transparency, and trust in digital government. I thrive in cross-functional teams and believe good design is both empathetic and pragmatic. My goal is always to deliver design solutions that are not only compliant and functional, but genuinely useful to the people who depend on them.
